Alpinestars Bionic Back Protector
The Bionic Back Protector has an ergonomic 5 plate construction which contours to the natural curve of the back.
This shell covers a secondary impact resistant material with heavy duty Level 2 memory foam that absorbs impact energy. The plates lock to prevent rear over extension of the back.
The Back Protector is made of a special formulation Impact Absorber gives exceptional impact absorbtion with minimum thickness and weight.
Air Channeling through the center of the spine for high breath ability.
The Alpinestars Bionic Back Protector is twice as protective as the Alpinestars Tech and Race tech protector while still being slimmer in design. With the outer shell covering the impact foam, the system acts a lot like a helmet for your back.
