A: Call 1-888-784-4327 and ask for the salesman you dealt with when placing your order. They'll handle everything for you. If you ordered online, just call and ask to talk to anyone here and they'll be happy to help you with your return or exchange. No returns can be sent without first contacting us to receive a return authorization number. Q: My Paypal payment will not process. A: The information you enter on our site MUST MATCH THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE ENTERED WITH PAYPAL EXACTLY. When we say exact, we mean exact.
